They took the time to get to know who we were, what we were looking for and identify our style. They understood that we have a big family and pets and took these factors into the design of the house, the furniture plan, pieces chosen and fabrics used. Also, my husband appreciates that his tastes and views were also incorporated and respected (although sometimes overruled by his wife)!
It was important to them that the house be livable and not a showcase. This is probably one of the most enjoyable features of the plan, we can comfortable use every room knowing it was designed as a living space and not a museum.
Another reason I always recommend Mary and Tara is because they never try and push items you don’t really need. They really try to incorporate what you already have and make simple changes to better a room rather than going into a full overhaul.
Mary and Tara don’t follow a cookie cutter plan. They take the time to incorporate your personality, personal effects and ideas to arrive at a home that truly reflects the inhabitants.
